You do not need to login to place an order on our website, you can checkout as a guest. You have the option to create a customer account with your e-mail address and a secure password. With a customer account, you can access your order history, save products to your wish list, and store billing and shipping addresses from prior orders to avoid having to enter such details again.

L’OBJET no longer offers Facebook log-in. If you created an account using Facebook login you will be required to create a password to secure your account. For assistance, please contact us.

To purchase a virtual gift card on our US website visit this page. You can include enter a personal message or record a video message. Your gift card can be delivered to your loved one via email immediately, or scheduled to deliver at a future date.

Gift card purchases are not refundable. 

Occasionally, an item you ordered might be out of stock. If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email from customer service soon after your order is placed. We will give you the option to receive your in-stock items immediately and hold backordered items until available or refund the payment for the unavailable item.

Periodically we offer exclusive access to purchase new products or in-demand products in advance of their availability. Estimated shipping dates may be provided, if possible. Customers who will be shipping their order to United States or Canada must place their order on our US website.  US orders will be charged in USD currency.
Customers who will be shipping their order to United Kingdom must place their order on our UK website. UK orders will be charged in GBP currency. 
Customers who will be shipping their order to EU countries, China and GCC countries must place their order on our EU website.  EU, China and GCC orders will be charged in Euro currency.

When checking out with a credit card or debit card payment using Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees.

If you return or cancel your order and L'OBET processes a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.

If you have a balance remaining on your gift card you can use the gift card again on a future purchase until the balance is $0. You can not redeem your gift card balance for cash. 

Your gift card will expire 1 year from the purchase date. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay via the Shopify Payment processing system. During check-out you will be required to provide accurate billing details and to enter a secure verification code as requested by your credit card company.

The security of your data is essential to us. Using the SSL(Secure Socket Layer) protocol your data is encrypted and then transmitted to a secure server. We do not store any credit card details and bank account information. Such payment details are exclusively stored on the secure server of our payment service provider, Shopify Payments.
